The Theme of Sirmium (Greek: θέμα Σιρμίου) was a Byzantine administrative unit (theme), which existed in present-day Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 11th and 12th centuries. Its capital was Sirmium (today Sremska Mitrovica).
