Karl Theodor von Guérard (29 December 1863 – 21 July 1943) was a German jurist and politician of the Catholic Centre Party (German: Zentrum). He served as Minister of Justice and Minister of Transport of the Weimar Republic in the late 1920s and early 1930s.
