Thomas Henderson (August 15, 1743 – December 15, 1824) was a United States representative from New Jersey. He served as acting governor of New Jersey in 1793. He was also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Continental Army and a prominent doctor in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
