In Greek mythology, Thoosa (/θoʊˈoʊsə/, Ancient Greek: Θόωσα, romanized: Thóōsa), also spelled Thoösa, was, according to Homer, the sea nymph daughter of the primordial sea god Phorcys, and the mother, by Poseidon, of the Cyclops Polyphemus.
