Todd J. McCarthy KC MPP is a Canadian lawyer and politician currently serving as Minister of Environment Conservation and Parks. Between September 2023 and March 2025, he served as the Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. A member of the Progressive Conservative (PC) Party, McCarthy was first elected in the 2022 provincial election to represent Durham in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario.
