Tom Henning Øvrebø (born 26 June 1966) is a Norwegian former football referee who has officiated matches in the UEFA Cup and the UEFA Champions League. He has been elected in UEFA's top category of Elite Referee. He is known for refreeing in multiple controversial matches including the 2008–09 UEFA Champions League semifinal between Chelsea and Barcelona which was later dubbed as the scandal of Stamford Bridge. Øvrebø has worked outside football as a qualified psychologist.
