Charles Thomas Keen III (born April 9, 1956) is an American politician, businessman, and former military officer who served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives from January to November 2024. He won a January 2024 special election. A member of the Democratic Party, he represented the 35th district, located in central Florida, southeast of Orlando, and includes parts of the counties of Orange and Osceola.
