Topolovgrad (Bulgarian: Тополовград [toˈpɔlovɡrat], lit. 'town of poplars'; Greek: Καβακλί Kavakli) is a town in south-central Bulgaria, part of Haskovo Province, situated at the northern foot of the Sakar Mountain. It is the administrative centre of the homonymous Topolovgrad Municipality.
