The Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (TUCP) is the largest national trade union center in the Philippines. Founded in 1975 by labor leader Democrito Mendoza, TUCP is affiliated with the International Trade Union Confederation.
Raymond Democrito Cañete Mendoza, the President of TUCP, has served as party-list representative for Trade Union Congress Party (the TUCP's political wing) since 2007 and as a Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives since 2022.
