Tulkibas or "Tyulkubas" (Kazakh: Түлкібас ауданы, Tülkıbas audany) is a district of Turkistan Region in southern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Turar Ryskulov. Population: 106,582 (2013 estimate); 95,468 (2009 census results); 86,465 (1999 census results).
