Tuyên Hóa (ⓘ) is a rural district of Quảng Bình province in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam. Its seat is the town of Đồng Lê. Speakers of the Nguồn language (which is related to Mường) are mostly located near Đồng Lê. As of 2003, the district had a population of 78,933. The district covers an area of 1,149 km2. The district capital lies at Đồng Lê.
