Twardogóra (pronounced Tfardo-goorah [tfardɔˈɡura], German: Festenberg) is a historic town in Oleśnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Twardogóra. It lies approximately 20 km (12 mi) north of Oleśnica, and 40 km (25 mi) north-east of the regional capital Wrocław.
As of 2019, the town has a population of 6,692. It is part of the larger Wrocław metropolitan area.
