The Uckermark (German pronunciation: [ˈʊkɐˌmaʁk] ⓘ) is a historical region in northeastern Germany, which currently straddles the Uckermark District of Brandenburg and the Vorpommern-Greifswald District of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Its traditional capital is Prenzlau.
