Eva Maria Ulrika Modéer (born 2 October 1969) is a Swedish civil servant and diplomat who has been the head of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)'s Director of the External Relations and Advocacy Bureau as well as the assistant secretary-general of the organisation since 2018. She has since became the highest ranking Swede in the system of the United Nations (UN), along with Åsa Regnér.
