The United Arab Emirates-United Kingdom relationship is a historical relationship that dates back to 1820 with the signing of General Maritime Treaty of 1820.

The United Arab Emirates has an embassy in London while the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland maintains an embassy in Abu Dhabi and is unique in having another embassy in Dubai, albeit with His Majesty's Consul-General to Dubai and the Northern Emirates, as opposed to a separate British Ambassador.

Over 1.4 million visitors from the UK visit the United Arab Emirates each year, and over 130,000 British diaspora live in the UAE. In 2024, the UAE was the UK’s largest trading partner in the region and its 19th largest trading partner globally.
