Usman Sa'idu Nasamu Dakingari (born 13 September 1959) is a Nigerian politician who served as governor of Kebbi State from 2007 to 2015. He was elected governor in April 2007, taking office on 29 May 2007. He is a member of the People's Democratic Party (PDP). He was reelected on 26 April 2011. However, on 24 February 2012, the Supreme Court upheld a ruling by the Kebbi State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal that nullified his election, and ordered a fresh election within 90 days. He was elected again on 31 March 2012 and took office on 2 April.
