Uthörn (German pronunciation: [ˈuːtˌhœʁn]; Danish: Udhjørne Holm) is a small German island adjacent to the Sylt island in the district of Nordfriesland, and as such it is Germany's northernmost isle right after Sylt proper. It belongs to the List municipality.
