V. M. Varga is a fictional character in the FX television series Fargo. He is the main antagonist of the third season and is portrayed by David Thewlis. He is the head of a money laundering business who, along with his two hitmen associates Yuri and Meemo, intend to seize control of a large business to become so rich that "he doesn't even exist".
