Vacqueyras (French pronunciation: [vakeʁas]; Occitan: Vaqueiràs) is a commune in the Vaucluse department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in southeastern France.
Vacqueyras is also the name of an Appellation for a wine from the Côtes du Rhône.
