Vadim Vladimirovich Shtepa (Russian: Вади́м Влади́мирович Ште́па, Estonian: Vadim Vladimirovitš Štepa) (born 5 August 1970) is a Russian philosopher, publicist, poet and analyst of Russian regions. Since 2015, he lives in Estonia, where he publishes analytical articles on Russian regions and politics.
