Val Gardena (Italian: [ˌval ɡarˈdeːna, ˌval ɡarˈdɛːna]; German: Gröden [ˈɡʁøːdn̩]; Ladin: Gherdëina [ɡʀ̩ˈdɜi̯na] ⓘ) is a valley in the Dolomites of South Tyrol, Northern Italy. It is best known as a tourist skiing, rock climbing, and woodcarving area.
