The company has its registered office in Milan, while the creative direction and the Valentino Foundation is based in Rome, at Palazzo Gabrielli-Mignanelli. Its cosmetic line, Valentino Beauty license is owned by L'Oreal Group. Jacob Venturini has been CEO of Valentino since 2020 and Alessandro Michele creative director since 2024.
