Valeriya Alexeyevna Golubtsova (born 15 May 1901 in Nizhny Novgorod — 1 October 1987 in Moscow) was a Soviet scientist and the director of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute from 1943 to 1952. A professor who held a PhD in Technical Sciences, she was the wife of Georgy Malenkov.
