Valery Nazarov

Valery Lvovich Nazarov (Russian: Валерий Львович Назаров, b. September 11, 1955, Michurinsk, Tambov Oblast, Russian SFSR) is a Russian official and politician. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.
