Vendetta, known in Japan as Crime Fighters 2 (クライムファイターズ2), is a 1991 side-scrolling beat-'em-up arcade game developed and published by Konami. It is a sequel to Konami's 1989 game Crime Fighters, although it was marketed internationally as a stand-alone game with no previous connections.
The gameplay involves the four members of the hero gang, The Cobras, fighting enemies to rescue a kidnapped member, Kate. The game uses 'punch' and 'kick' buttons and allows the use of various weapons, with the score based on opponents eliminated. The plot centers around The Cobras' attempt to save their fellow gang member Kate from the "Dead End" gang, who control Dead End City. Vendetta was censored in some countries to remove certain enemy characters. The game received positive reviews for its atmosphere and gameplay, and was included in the Top 25 "Best Beat 'Em Ups of All Time" list by Time Extension in 2023.
