Vera Georgievna Shcherbina (Russian: Вера Георгиевна Щербина; born on 20 November 1958) is a Russian politician. She served as the acting governor of Sakhalin Oblast from 27 September to 7 December 2018. She also served as the head of the Government of Sakhalin Oblast from 2016 to 2018.
She has PhD in Economics, and is an honored economist of Russia.
