Verkhnelandekhovsky District (Russian: Verkhnelandekhovsky District) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-one in Ivanovo Oblast, Russia. It is located in the east of the oblast. The area of the district is 610 square kilometers (240 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (a settlement) of Verkhny Landekh. Population: 4,149 (2021 Census); 5,348 (2010 Census); 5,631 (2002 Census); 6,838 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Verkhny Landekh accounts for 39.4% of the district's total population.
