Vicious is a British television sitcom that premiered 29 April 2013 on ITV. The series starred Ian McKellen and Derek Jacobi as Freddie and Stuart, an elderly gay couple who have been together for 50 years but endure a love–hate relationship.
The show was initially developed by the British playwright, Mark Ravenhill. The series was written by Gary Janetti, an American whose primary credits are Will & Grace and Family Guy.
