Obong Victor Bassey Attah ⓘ (born 20 November 1938) is a Nigerian politician who served as the Governor of Akwa Ibom State from 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2007. He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
