Viktor Petrovich Kravchuk (Russian: Виктор Петрович Кравчук; born 18 January 1961) is a retired officer of the Russian Navy. He holds the rank of Vice-Admiral, and served as commander of the Caspian Flotilla between 2005 and 2009, and as commander of the Baltic Fleet between 2012 and 2016.
