Vilainiai Eldership (Lithuanian: Vilainių seniūnija) is a Lithuanian eldership, located in the central-northern part of Kėdainiai District Municipality.
Eldership was created in 2001, as a result of the merging of Aristava Eldership and part of Kėdainiai City Eldership.
