Vinayak "Vinay" Kashyap Prasad is an American hematologist-oncologist and health researcher. He is a professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). He is the author of the books Ending Medical Reversal (2015) and Malignant (2020). On May 6, 2025, he was made Director of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER).
