Vithya Ramraj (born 20 September 1998) is an Indian athlete from Tamil Nadu. She is a three-time National champion. She competes in 400 metres hurdles, 400 metres and 4 × 400 metres relay. On 2 October 2023 at the 2022 Asian Games, she equalled the Indian national record of 55.42s in 400m hurdles set by P. T. Usha at the Los Angeles Olympics in 1984.
