Vladimir L'vovich Kvint (Russian: Владимир Львович Квинт) is a Russian-American economist and the Chair of the Department of Economic and Financial Strategy at the Moscow School of Economics of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. He is the President of the International Academy of Emerging Markets and a Foreign Member (ad vitum) of the Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Union.
