Vladimir Magomedovich Semyonov (Russian: Владимир Магомедович Семёнов; Karachay-Balkar: Семенланы Магометни джашы Владимир; born 8 June 1940) is a retired Russian Ground Forces general of the army who was the head of the Karachay–Cherkess Republic from 1999 to 2003.
