Vstrechny (Russian: Встречный) is an inhabited locality (an urban-type settlement) in Bilibinsky District of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, Russia, located about 25 kilometers (16 mi) ENE of Bilibino. Population: 13 (2002 Census), 1,641 (1989 Soviet census). The 2002, census data shows the population to consist of 12 males and 1 female, though this had fallen to only 7 by 2005, according to an environmental impact report prepared on the Kupol mining project.
