WHOI (channel 19) is a television station in Peoria, Illinois, United States, affiliated with the digital multicast network Roar. It is owned by Gray Media alongside NBC/ABC/MyNetworkTV/CW+ affiliate WEEK-TV (channel 25). The two stations share studios and transmitter facilities on Springfield Road (along I-474) in East Peoria, a section of Groveland Township, Tazewell County. WHOI was the ABC affiliate for the market until 2016.
