Wen Xisen (Chinese: 温熙森; born March 1945) is a lieutenant general (zhongjiang) of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) who served as president of the National University of Defense Technology from 1996 to 2008. He was an alternate of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
