William Roll (diplomat)
William George Roll (July 4, 1892 – 1967) was a U.S. diplomat who was instrumental in organizing NATO for Northern Europe. Roll was the U.S. Vice Consul in Copenhagen in 1921 and in Bremen from 1926 to 1929.
