Wilton Earl Simpson (born June 28, 1966) is an American politician who has served as the Florida commissioner of agriculture since 2023. From 2012 to 2022, he served as a member of the Florida Senate, representing areas around Citrus, Hernando, and Pasco Counties. He was elected Senate President for the 2020–2022 legislature.
In 2025, he became embroiled in a public feud with Governor Ron DeSantis over the issue of illegal immigration.
