Yasnensky District (Russian: Я́сненский райо́н; Kazakh: Ясный ауданы, Iasnyi audany) is an administrative district (raion), one of the thirty-five in Orenburg Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 3,500 square kilometers (1,400 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Yasny (which is not administratively a part of the district). Population: 5,043 (2010 Census); 7,440 (2002 Census); 7,867 (1989 Soviet census).
