Yekaterinovsky District (Russian: Екатериновский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-eight in Saratov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 3,000 square kilometers (1,200 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Yekaterinovka. Population: 19,798 (2010 Census); 21,576 (2002 Census); 23,649 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Yekaterinovka in 2010 accounted for 32.1% of the district's total population.
