Yogesh Kumar Tyagi is an Indian academic and the 22nd Vice Chancellor of the University of Delhi. He is a former Dean of the Faculty of Legal Studies at South Asian University and is credited with establishing a department for International law. Tyagi has published a work on the UN Human Rights Committee (Cambridge University Press). He has authored extensively in international journals.
