Yoshikatsu Nakayama (中山 義活, Nakayama Yoshikatsu, born 13 February 1945 in Taitō, Tokyo) is a former Japanese politician and member of the House of Representatives for Tokyo 2nd district. He previously served in the House as a member of the Democratic Party of Japan, and now is a member of the Democratic Party for the People.
