Yosef "Yossi" Banai (Hebrew: יֹוסֶף "יֹוסִי" בַנָאי; April 13, 1932 – May 11, 2006) was a singer, actor in film and theater, songwriter, comedian, lyricist, and Israeli theater director. He was awarded the Israel Prize for Theater in 1998 and the Israeli Theater Prize in 2004. Banai is considered one of the greatest performing artists in Israel.
