You Quan (Chinese: 尤权; born January 1954) is a Chinese retired politician who was the head of the United Front Work Department and a secretary of the Secretariat of the Chinese Communist Party from 2017 to 2022. He previously served as Party Secretary of Fujian and chairman of Fujian People's Congress.
