Yuliia Volodymyrivna Starodubtseva (Ukrainian: Юлія Володимирівна Стародубцева; born 17 February 2000) is a Ukrainian tennis player. She has a career-high singles ranking of world No. 67 by the WTA, achieved on 9 June 2025, and peaked at No. 144 in the WTA doubles rankings on 9 May 2024. She became the first woman in the Open Era to qualify for all Grand Slams in a single season.

Starodubtseva has won four singles titles and three doubles titles on the ITF Circuit.

She played college tennis at Old Dominion University.
