Zev Sufott (Hebrew: זאב סופוט; 27 October 1927 – 18 April 2014) was an Israeli diplomat who served as Israel's first Ambassador to the People's Republic of China, beginning in 1992. Born and raised in the United Kingdom, he was also a former Israeli Ambassador to the Netherlands and the Deputy Director for Europe within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
