Angelina "Helen" de Luna Tan, (born October 1, 1971) is a Filipina physician and politician who serves as governor of Quezon since 2022. She is the first woman to hold the office. Previously from 2013 to 2022, she served as a three-term representative of Quezon's 4th district.
