Bayside Council is a local government area in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It is located around part of Botany Bay, 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) to 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) south of the Sydney CBD. It includes 29 suburbs in Sydney's South. It comprises an area of 50 square kilometres (19 sq mi) and in 2023 had an estimated population of 182,987. The council was formed on 9 September 2016 from the merger of the City of Botany Bay and the City of Rockdale.

The Council's mayor is Ed McDougall, of the Australian Labor Party, elected by the Council on 9 October 2024.
